I am writing this letter as testimonial to not only good
workmanship but honesty and integrity which I am sad to announce categorically is extremely rare in our world today!
After living 18 years in my home one day my ground floor toilet would flush then it didn’t. I have a septic
system. I called my local septic cleaning service that came and cleaned out my tank; however, when I tested the drainage
I found nothing was getting into the tank. I was told that there might be a blockage. My local serviceman who
is very reliable said that he doesn’t do that work. So, I proceeded to the yellow pages where I found a large
ad for Biros Septic and Drain Cleaning Company. My wife insists on ALWAYS hiring the best no matter what the cost.
Also, they must be properly licensed and legal! When I first contacted Mr. Biros he sent his men to my home and they
tried to router the drain open but with no success. There was a serious blockage but could not be fixed from inside
the house. Now my tank was 27 years old and they could only speculate that either a pipe was crushed or had slipped
out of the drain. Digging it up was necessary. Now, Michael Biros the owner of the company initially was not going
to come to my home because I was out of his service area and was looking to recommend another local contractor. But
then I called him and he decided to come after he quoted me a fair price for the work to be done. All I can say to make
a long story short, he came with his men, dug the site, found the broken pipe, fixed it very well, cleaned my entire septic
drain line and put a new riser and cleanout and repaired the damaged tank! Not only that, but he and his men left my
property in perfect condition as though no one had dug there at all! Unbelievable? Maybe to some but to me I saw
the work of true professionals. If you have a septic or sewer problem Michael Biros and his team can help you at a very
fair and reasonable price and they do a superb job! Trust me, I am a pharmacist and I know I must do an excellent job
or people could die! I work in a hospital.

A few years ago Michael Biros installed our sand mound. He did a fantastic job.
No problems whatsoever. He handled the job professionally and without incident. Michael has always been here when
he was scheduled. He is reliable and has a nice personality as well. The staff at Biros Septic is really nice
too. They have also handled business in a professional, reliable, and efficient manner. Sandy has always been
